Winter Food & Wine Festival at National Wine Centre

Experience the incredible diversity of South Australia's wine and produce offering all in one spot – the National Wine Centre.
The Hackney Road Centre will be abuzz on Sunday August 24th as the home base for some of South Australia’s premier food and wine regions.
Visit the ‘Regional Home Base’ and taste more than 30 different wines, ciders and beers from McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills and Barossa.
On the terrace, overlooking the Adelaide Botanic Gardens wetlands, the Centre’s Executive Chef Phillip Pope will cook up some decadent winter treats using seasonal ingredients.
Visit the ‘Market Home Base’ and you’ll find several Adelaide Hills Farmers Markets providores showcasing their fresh, seasonal and local produce. Other market stallholders will include Australia's most awarded smallgoods maker, Barossa Fine Foods, as well as gourmet cheese and chocolate suppliers.
Be entertained with live music throughout the day. Or expand your food and wine knowledge by attending master classes hosted by industry experts.

- 4.00pm - Clare Valley master class with Shut the Gate (book now)
The Regional and Market Home Base are open til 5pm.
The Centre’s ‘Wined Bar’, which offers 120 wines for tasting, will be open until late with live DJs to entertain the late-night crowd.
