Held at the National Wine Centre on August 12, the St. Hugo Wine Lunch will feature a rare and special vertical tasting flight of the Coonawarra winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon hosted by St Hugo winemaker Dan Swincer guiding guests through nine different back vintages of the Cabernet Sauvignon dating back to 1991. Dan has intimate knowledge of crafting premium reds, learning from the experience of growers, the winemaking team and time spent in the Coonawarra and Barossa vineyards, to pick the finest fruit for St. Hugo Wines.
The wine will be matched with a four-course menu prepared by National Wine Centre executive chef Tze Khaw and his team using local produce.
This is the perfect way to end the working week.
