Kangaroo Island
Hosted by winemakers Yale Norris of The Islander Estate Vineyards and Ross Trimboli of Hazyblur.

Kangaroo Island produces a stunning array of food & wine – from high quality cheese and pure honey to some of the finest seafood available in Australia. The island benefits from maritime sea breezes ensuring a long, slow ripening season producing wines of strong varietal fruit flavour and intense colour.

Barossa Valley
Hosted by winemaker Craig Isbel of Torbreck.

This dinner is certainly unconventional with Chef showcasing ‘Something Wild’ using a more alternative style of cuisine and meat selection. Featured winery, Torbreck, may not be conventional but the winery certainly pays true homage to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley, producing such classic old-vine varietals of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro.

Tasmania
Hosted by winemaker Jeremy Dineen of Josef Chromy and Natalie Fryer of Jansz with wines also by Dalrymple.

The food of Tasmania is just as high quality and decadent as the wines from the cool-climate region. For a truly authentic food & wine experience Tasmania has it all – from smoked salmon to truffles and some of the nation’s finest dairy products. This dinner is sure to treat the senses with superb fine wines and a feast of ‘home grown’ produce to match.

McLaren Vale
Hosted by the small batch winemakers of Vale Cru McLaren Vale.

Vale Cru is a collective of high quality, small production McLaren Vale winemakers who band together to introduce consumers to wine that expresses the incredible diversity of grape varieties, people, geology, wine making approaches and sustainable farming methods that make McLaren Vale the most forward looking wine region in Australia. Menu will feature the flavours synonymous with the Fleurieu Peninsula region.
