Wine Dinners

Three themed dinners will be held from July to September, with the Centre’s award-winning Executive Chef Tze Khaw preparing the four-course menus for each event.

The dishes will be expertly matched with wines from some of South Australia’s finest wineries from McLaren Vale, the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills, extending guests knowledge and enhancing their palate.

Mr Khaw said the menus would be driven by exceptional local produce and a melting pot of flavours from Japanese and French influences to Moroccan, French and Italian flavours.

“For all of our dinners we partner with local producers, including Ashton Hill orchards, AMJ Produce for all of our niche vegetables and fruits, and Adelaide Hills smallgoods,” Mr Khaw said.
