The Wine Discovery Journey is a state-of-the-art, award-winning interactive wine experience. This outstanding Australian wine industry showcase examines everything from the challenges of winemaking to the pure enjoyment of drinking fine Australian wine. The exhibition is where visitors come to understand the role wine has played in history, recognise the position of Australian wine in today's international market and appreciate the relationship between food and wine.

The open cellar is one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere with the capacity to store up to 38,000 bottles at any one time. Approximately 12,000 bottles of Australian wine is cellared year round. All wines are used in function packages, consumed in the Concourse Cafe and sold to visitors.
The Wine Discovery Journey, located on level one, is a free interactive experience to be enjoyed at your leisure. Complimentary Self Guided Tour brochures can be collected from reception. Free hosted daily tours leave reception at 11.30am daily, and guided group tours can be booked - subject to availability.
