National Wine Education and Training Centre (NWETC)

The NWETC has developed an outstanding reputation for delivering fun classes that educate and inform, while offering the chance to try everything from Australia's finest world famous wines through to rare and exciting new releases.

Come along and see for yourself the experience, knowledge and teaching skills of the country's finest wine educators, and the most advanced, up-to-date and comprehensive range of wine education classes and activities.

Classes are held at the National Wine Centre of Australia, close to the city centre and McLaren Vale, south of Adelaide. In addition to NWETC courses, the National Wine Centre facilitates University of Adelaide programs in wine business, viticulture and winemaking.

Making the most of your wine cellar - Protect your valuable assets!
Learn about the ageing process of wines and why some wines are better for cellaring than others. Taste wines from many vintages and discuss good cellaring practices. This is a great session for any wine collector.
