Sommelier/Cellar Door Manager
The National Wine Centre’s new Wined Bar is located on the ground floor surrounded by stunning architecture and state of the art technology. With the recent introduction of Australia’s largest Enomatic system, a tapas style menu and a new look, all that remains to be found is a dynamic, experienced Sommelier/Cellar Door Manager to manage the outlet and lead the team.
This unique role will be suited to a hospitality professional with impeccable knowledge of Australian wines, experience in cellar door management and team development. As the cellar door concept is new, it presents an opportunity for a person with vision, commitment and determination to work in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Manager to propel the outlet to the next level.
